Whiskey is made as far afield as Japan, America and New Zealand, but Scotland's Single Malts hold the strongest reputation. It's time to wake up to the smell of Whisky and taste examples from all six of the classic producing regions: Highland; Lowland; Islands; Campbeltown; Speyside and Islay.

We will bring to life the history of Scotch Whisky and how it is made. Through diverse tastes, you identify aromas and have explained the effect of extended ageing Why does one Whisky tastes different from another? This is a fun and entertaining event for the novice and experienced Scotch Whisky drinker.

We invite you on a regional tour discovering the wonderful and exciting local foods and wines of this country. We aim to awaken and enliven your appetite for Spain's variety. A selection of Tapas style dishes will be served through the evening whilst we taste wines from Spain's famous and
not-so- famous wine regions.

Our Ethnic Food and Wine Matching Workshop will serve a five course menu: Japanese; Vietnamese; Chinese; Thai and Indian - served with their traditional drink and a wine match. Compare these two drinks to see which best complements the style of food.

You'll learn the basic principles that govern matching wine with food as well so you can apply these principles when entertaining at home, eating at a restaurant or simply grabbing take out!
